Discover Your Mental Health First Aider Potential

Welcome to the Mental Health First Aider Self-Assessment tool. This interactive dashboard is designed to help you reflect on the key skills and attributes that contribute to effective mental health support. Whether you're considering becoming a Mental Health First Aider or you've already qualified, this assessment offers an opportunity for meaningful self-reflection and personal growth.

Purpose

This self-assessment is designed to promote self-awareness and help you identify your natural strengths and areas for development across nine essential skills for mental health support. The assessment is not a test, there are no right or wrong answers. Instead, it's an invitation to honestly reflect on your current capabilities and comfort level with different aspects of mental health support.
