Event Highlights: Attendee Testimonials

We have worked with MHScot since 2018 where we have increased training, awareness and possibilities for the Hospitality Industry via Apex. We find the network important for sharing documents, resources and guidance on supporting mental wellness and mental ill health

Attending one of MHScot's courses opened me up to an excellent networking opportunity with likeminded professionals. I really enjoyed hearing the guest speaker and what their organisation does to support other Company's with their approach to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. I found the experience really positive, a lovely warm group of individuals.

We have a plan of actions we would like to implement in the workplace, in which the idea was generated from attending the network meetings. We really liked the informal nature, the network did feel like a supportive group who listen and input to others. The network is a great way to connect with others who have a similar passion for good mental health in the workplace. It was also good in respect of being inspired to do more when listening to others experiences.

Today was all about networking and what brilliant people I had the pleasure of listening to, talking to and learning from. Every day is a school day, as they say but recently, I have found it so utterly amazing how much I am learning about myself and/or others just from one simple conversation.
